help regarding H1 and L1 visa
I am working in a company XX which offers me a transfer to USA branch in L1B visa, so they filed my I129S petition, waiting for Visa appointment date.
At the same time I got another offer from company YY in USA. I have to gothrough H1B visa for this company YY. I dont want to cancel the XX company's offer because if H1B cap count is over then It will be difficulty. Is it possible for company YY file my I129 petition again without cancelling the company XX's petition I129S?
Will there be any issue on my H1B visa If i have 2 petions from different companies?
