Newly issued indian passport has blurred image

My newly issued indian passport has a blurred image, half of the photo image is blurred and its not clear. I m planning to go for visa interview in a months time. Will it have any issue during stamping? should i get it corrected before going for stamping? if so what is the process.

Advisable to get it corrected before you go for the visa stamping. There can be unnecessary delays in getting the visa stamped because of this. Go to the nearby passport office, they will guide you on how to proceed.
