H4 Visa appointment in Hindi.

Hi,

I want to take an visa appointment for H4 visa in hindi.
But i am not able to get any appointment in hindi for the gujarat is a state of residence.
I already tried thrice for F2 visa, so i need to mark "yes" in the question of "have you been refused visa twice in last 12 months" in visa appointment application.
if i marked as no then i am able to get an appointment.

Is there any other way to get the appointment?

There is no other way. You have to mentioned correct information while filing the visa application online. You are allowed to take the visa interview at any U.S consulate in India. Talk to VFS help desk if you have more questions.
