H4 stamping in New Delhi - Chances of 221g

Hello Experts,
I have got my H1 extended till the end of this year. My wife is planning to go to India and is planning to get her H4 stamped at that time. So, are there any chances that her case will be put in Administrative Processing or She will get 221g like H1B holders? Please advice.
