I(live in USA) want to bring my friend's son to USA who is Registered Nurse(4yr from Durg, Chhattisgarh) and living in India at this time. He is waiting for his final year results.
1. I'll hire a lawyer when it will require for immigration process but before that based on information from your website he needs to get CGFNS(i.e. 3part process includes credentials review, Nursing Test & TOEFL).
2. How difficult it is now a days for a nurse to come to USA?
3. Do we need to find employer for him before he come here or after?
4. How long it takes to get greencard after he come to USA?
