  • Extnded PO - effect on H1b extn

My extn for H1b was filed 3 months back. I am still awaiting the results which remain at "Initial Review". But looking at the trend some results should be coming sooner or later

During application, the PO from the client was expiring in 1 month. Now my PO has been extended to 1 yr.

Is it possible to send the new PO with the case number to USCIS? Is it advisable?

    Thanks

They will issue you a RFE in case they need more documents. You can submit it that time. Even though the online case status shows "Initial Review", it might not be the case since the online case status is not always accurate. The normal processing time is 2-3 months. If it has past 90 days, then your company attorney can take an infopass appointment with USCIS to discuss your case. The attorney can provide the additional documents at that time, if required.
