Please help me on my travel decision

Hi Gurus,

I have approved H1B with current employer until Mar 2013(I have completed 7years in US now). This approval I got it based on the approved I140 which is from my previous to privious employer.

Now I am trying to go to india for stamping and will it be there any problem for the stamping. I am scared becuase some body told me that the I140 which is from previous to previous employer is not valid.

Still my current company not started the Green card processing. They may start in the next year.

Please provide your suggestions.

Your I-140 has nothing to do with the visa stamping. If the H1B petition is valid, the visa will be issued based on that.
