urgent - Doubts on DS 160 filling for H4

I am travelling to India from US to get my H4 visa stamped as my husband changed to H1B on June 27th 2011. My application for H1B is in process with the USCIS.
While filling DS 160 they are asking me a question like
Are you having any petition with USCIS at present for any other visa?
My H1B people suggested that I donot specify any thing about my H1B application.

My question is
Is it okay if I fill a no to the above question in DS 160? Don't the visa officer know that my application for H1B is in process at USCIS?

Always enter the correct information in DS160. Any false information can lead to unnecessary issues including a permanant ban from entering U.S.

Most probably the question is about immigrant petition. H1 petition is not an immigrant petition. Read it carefully. I don't remember any such question about a petition in general in DS160.
