Suggest me for H1 B interview (L1 B got rejected last year)

I am going for H1 B stamping next month,and My L1 B got rejected last year.
So how should I make myself ready to face the interview.
What kind of questions may I get..?

Unless the L1 rejection was related to any fraud on your part, it will not affect H1 application.
