Unique H1 situation and need advice about Automatic Visa Revalidation Rule
I am in unique situation and I need you advice about Automatic visa revalidation rule and if I will have any problems.
I came to US in 98 on B1/B2 visa since then I have maintained my status and as of right now I am on H1 which is valid till 2013. I have never left US and have all the previous expired I-94 and 797 to show that I was in status since 98. I do have an expired stamp visa in my passport. I want to visit Canada for few days and want to use AVR rule to get back in US. I am not going to embassy for stamping. I am a citizen of Pakistan.
NSEERS is no longer effective as per the link in CBP website
My question is if I will have any trouble coming back to US while using AVR rule?
