Hi,

My Employer has filled the petition last year with NJ as my work location which is client location. Now my client wants to me work from other state, Is it possible to work at other state? I am going for stamping sometime in 20 days.

How much time require in amendment of location in petition?

H1B amendment need to be filed. It will take 2-3 months by normal process to get the H1B amended.
