Hello Friends,
I am on my 6th year of H1B and I accepted a new job offer and the new company transferred and extended my visa. However, when I resigned my current company came back with a very strong offer over 20% of the new offer. At this point it makes sense to me to continue with my current company but I feel guilty that my new company has spent the money and time to transfer my visa. So I was wondering as to if would be right thing to offer the new company the money to compensate them for my visa transfer and reject the offer. How much money should I offer them considering that they transferred + extended the visa.
