H1B : big company? or small company?

Hi There,
I am on H4 & planning to apply for H1B.Contacted an employer for visa sponsorship.He has 2 companies : a big company(with more than 50 employees )& small company(with less than 50 employees).Visa application fee for small company is $2000 less than big company.Generally approval ratio would be high for big companies.I don't want compromise on the visa approval so I am planning to apply through big company.Please provide your advise whether to apply through big company or small company.

I am not sure how the application fee matters to you. The application fees should be paid by the employer. You have already listed the advantages of going with the bigger reputed company. So go as planned.
