Client Invite Letter--Pls Advice

Hello,

My complany has applied H1B New and the petition has got approved for three years. I will be taking up the PAI in 15 days. I guess, I will not be able to submit my client invite letter during my interview and would like to know what would happen If i do not have invite letter during my interview? Is it mandatory to submit client invite letter during the interview? Please advice me on this
