Need help Regd H1B stamping!

Hi,

I got approval for H1B for 2012 cap. This is my first H1B. I'm planning to go for stamping along with my wife and 4months kid.
I have received employee letter(EVL) from my employer. Do we need to carry letter for my wife and kid also for H4 or the letter given for me stating my job role is enough,which is not having any details about my wife or kid? what are all docs required?
How much Visa fee i need to pay for all 3 of us( means for how much amonunt i need to take HDFC receipts)? whats the process?

Hi,

Your employment letter stating your position, salary and period is enough. Your spouse requires marriage certificate to support the relationship. Your kid's passport should have yours and your wife's name as parents.
