h1B visa stamping...plz help

I am H1B visa since 2007. I have done my stamping first time at mexico and now i need to re stamp. i have to go back to india for that. my husband is permanent resident and he applied for my greencard. my i-130 is approved and now i am waiting for priority dates to become current so that i can apply for adjustment of status. i ma planning to go for india in december and going for my stamping. does my i-130 petition affect my h1b stamping?

Also, H1b visa is valid for 6 years only so i have to leave the country after 2013 but my husbad has already file for my greencard so can i relate that with my H1b and based on that can i get an extention?

I-130 will not affect H1 Visa application.
I-130 cannot be used to extend beyond 6 years. But only the time spent in the US in H1 or L1 status counts towards 6 years.
