    H1B stamping in chennai

    I work for an American company in Dubai for the past 5 years.

    they are transferring me to Head office in the US with H1B.got the petition approved.

    Traveling to India for stamping,is this residency visa of UAE will be of any sort of trouble.Not a Muslim though,don't want to stuck with admin processing...

    any advice???

    One cannot say about admin processing. But it will certainly not affect the final outcome.

      UAE visa will not be a problem as long as it is legal and matches with your information provided in the application form.
