221g green received at Chennai consulate

Hi,
I attended visa interview yesterday at chennai consulate and received 221 G green to submit 7 documents. My employer is able to provide all documents except a copy of the contract between vendor and the client. The vendor is not ready to give a contract copy or a letter. Could you please suggest if there is an alternative for this document? I already have a letter from client. Much thanks in advance.

I got 221g green letter requesting for 8 docs.if we submit the docs how long will take to approve the visa???

hi, please respond. we are trying to get a letter from the vendor stating that they are not able to provide the document because it is confidential. But the vendor is hesitating to give that as well. My employer is suggesting to submit all other documents to VFS. is that a good idea? please let me know.

At this point, all I can say is submit the documents that they have requested.

It is really difficult to predict the timeline.
