DS-160 - Urgent

I have submitted DS-160 today but have not taken an appointment yet. I want to cancel the submitted DS-160 and resubmit the DS-160 form.

As I have not taken an appointment yet, shall I just start another DS-160 and take an appointment using the confirmation on this new DS-160 Form or Do I need to the contact the consulate to delete the old DS-160 form before applying using the new one?

I have filled my Engineering and Masters under the Educational Qualification.

Shall I fill my 10 and 10+2 Education as well in DS160 form?
