H1 Transfer

I was looking for change and confirmed job ,they started my H1

Meanwhile I attended another interview and this job was more interesting, i accepted this offer

suggest me is there any issue if we apply multiple H1 at time and do i have any issues with first employer who started my H1

There is no problem with filing another petition. But, you must be working with at least one of the employers right now.
