W2 is not matching with LC

Do you mean 2010 W2? It is too early for 2011 W2. Unfortunately if they ask for it, it may be a problem. Why did you accept lower pay? You can complain to DOL.

Hi Gurus,

I am on H1 and I got 2011 W2 with 54K but in the LC they mentioned 64K.

Is this will become a problem when I goto stamping?

If yes, what I can do with my employer.

Please help me.
