attended visa interview on 09 september with my wife and kid..

was given pink slip...

direct employee

first time H1B...

guys any clues ??

It can be for anything. TAL, background verification, employer verification. It is hard to predict. If all the documents are in place and if it is a direct employment, then you don;t have to worry so much. It should most likely get cleared soon.

I am just trying to be positive and i guess that's more important....

However this time is really frustrating, since there no fixed timelines for resolution of such issues...

Are you from a well know company or fom a small company?

Did you went through BEP or directly?
