Your current employer can file at any time.

They both will be totally independent. Approval or rejection of one petition will not affect the other. If both are approved, then you will have the option to chose which employer to work in U.S.

            Hi shervin /kabkaba,
Thanks alot for your supportive response. I have one more small doubt.Suppose if my both application get approved and i went for stamping for 1st employer will be second application will get cancellled or it will still remain valid till it expire/employer cancel it.
            Thanks,
            Veeru

The petition will remain valid until the employer or USCIS revoke it.

You can go for stamping anytime before the petition expiry date. The visa will be issued only till the petition expiry date. So there is no point in going for the stamping with just few days left for the expiration. So plan accordingly.
