Relocating to US on h1b valid only a month now
Hi Experts,
I have h1b visa that is valid until Nov-30th, 2011.
Now, my employer/sponsor is asking me to move/relocate to US in the end of next month i.e. October.
Would it be right move (in terms of extension, visa, job safety) to relocate US with visa valid only for a month and leaving the current permanent position?
Kindly suggest.
