Hi,
I'm cureently in H4 and going to process H1.
1)Will my H4 be valid even after the approval on H1?
2)To avaoid out-of-status,it is possible to search for job for 5 months after the approval of H1 and then at the end of 5month before going out of status,is it possible to convert it to H4?
3) can conversion of H1 to H4,be done from being in USA thru my spouse's employer?
4) will H4 to H1 and then again H1 to H4 will have any impact on GC processing?
5) Will conversion of H1 back to H4 require Paystubs ?
6) Is it required to travel to India to get the H4 stamped ?
