Hi,
I had applied for H-1B transfer in Feb 2009 which was valid till Feb 2011. My first H-1B was in 2008 which was change of status from F-1, valid till Sept 2011.
I returned back to India in Aug 2009 since the employer had no projects and was unable to pay.
Its been more than 2 years since my return and now there is a globally renowned company which wants to process my H-1B next month.
Any foreseeable problems for the non-receipt of pay-stubs from Feb to Aug 2009. I had filed Income Tax return in US in Apr 2009.
Please suggest, if I can apply for H-1B and what documents would be required? What would be the chances of success?
