I am a HR/TECHNICAL Recruiter applying for a H1b. My chances?

I have over 8 years of experience in the US Staffing industry, my existing company where I have been working for the past 4 years has decided to process my H1b visa.I am a specialized Techno Functional IT Recruiter, working from India for my corporate office head quartered in the United States. How are my chances?

Is there any restriction on HR/Recruiters getting a H1b visa? Please advice!
