  • regd LCA while applying for H1 Transfer

    Hello All,

I am planning for H1 Transfer. But as such I do not have a readily available Project and am still trying. But neverthless could be applying for H1 Transfer. So I think the LCA should be taken for the location, state where the Company is residing. But assuming that if I get a RFE later and I have got a project at some other place can I have a New LCA for the place of Project and submit that to USCIS. Even if there is no RFE, but when I get a project at new place do I need to take a LCA for the new place. Can you please clarify.

Yes. A new LCA and an H1B amendment is required when the work location changes.
