Wrong Name in H1B

Hi All,

I work for a leading IT services company @ chennai.

Recently i got Request for Evidence for my H1B petition. In that i observed My name spelt wrongly .

Is there any procedure to change the name?

Any problem in proceeding H1B processing due to this.

If the name is spelled wrongly it can create issues with the petition and later with the visa stamping. Talk to your company's legal department and ask them to get it corrected. Otherwise you are going to get an approval notice (if petition gets approved) with the wrong name.
