What is the minimum gap between two H1b filing?

Employer A has filed H1b for me currently. If it gets rejected, how soon can I apply for new H1b from (a) same company or (b) other company ?

Please advice asap. Thankyou sooooo much in advance.

There is no such requirement. You can apply immediately.
