  • H1-B Visa extension

Hello everyone i have couple of questions in DS-160 for which i need some help. Here is the list :

    1. Have you made specific travel plans?

Date of Arrival in U.S. 20 NOV 2011 (I have return flight arriving at JFK ).
Date of Departure: My I-797 is valid till Sep 10 2012 so what date shoud i put in?. Any random
date like Sep 01 2012 is Ok?.

    2. Have you ever been in the U.S.?

Provide information on your last five U.S. visits: I have been to bahamas this year on
cruise ship but they din't remove I-94 nor they did put arrival stamp on my Passport . So
should i provide cruise ship arrival date in last five visit to US ?.

    3. Have you traveled to any countries within the last five years?
i have been on cruise ship to bahamas this year so should i provide bahamas but the fact i never had any stamping in my passport during the visit to that country.

4.Do you have any immediate relatives, not including parents, in the United States?
My wife is on H4- VISA but she will be with me in India, Should i include her as immediate relative?.I do not have any other relatives in US.

    5.Have you been ten-printed?
I don't remember when i last had visa stamping in HYD consulate so should i put answer as NO?.

    6. Are you applying in the same country where the visa above was issued and is this country your principal country of residence?

I have been in US for more than five years but still i am not a green card holder. So should my answer be Yes ?( I will be going to HYD consulate for visa stamping)

    Thank You
    RC
