H1b stamping - first time

My h1 started from oct 2011 , i have client letter and my invoice is made for 80k/annum
i need some suggestions as which is the best time to for stamping
And where should i go for the stamping i.e Canada/India/Mexico
Any real suggestions are appreciated.!!!

If it is your first time H1B stamping, then you need to get it stamped in your home country.
