H1B Amendment - EVC to EC

I recently got the approval for my H1B extention, at the time of my H1B extention approval i was working in EVC mode (Employer -> Vendor -> Client). Now my Employer had a Professional Services Agreement with the Client, so currently i am working in EC mode (Employer -> Clinet). There is no change in my Position or Job Responsibilities or Client Location, only change is now there is no Vendor in between. But at the time of H1B extention we did submit the Vendor Letter to INS and the Vendor name is mentioned in the Itenory of Services document.

Do i need to amend my H1B for this change, will this be considered as a meterial change for H1B amendement?

Please advice.
