Hello
I am on L1 Individual visa and have got L1 individual extension approved.
Now I have come to India for visa for stamping on 4th Nov.
My company had filed for my fresh H1 visa while my L1 extension was in progress.
I have got the H1 also approved.
But, since L1 stamping date has been taken my company's visa department is saying they cannot get another date (after "No Show" for L1 extension stamping) for H1 stamping till 2/3 weeks time.
I need to fly back on 20th Nov and would like to go on H1.
Can someone help with the steps and does this re-activation of receipt takes 2-3 weeks time?
