Query regarding Client Letter

Hi,
I have a couple of quick queries regarding client letter.

a) Whom should the letter be addressed to ?
b) Should there be any postal address?

secondly, by address I meant address of the Consulate etc?

Okay, then address it to the "consulate general". The address can be the address of the consulate where you will you attend the visa interview.

One last question. do you think its mandatory to put the address? Coz I havent got an appointment yet and getting the documents ready before hand. So I dont know if I would get appointment at Mumbai.

Any idea?
