H1 Stamping for direct fulltime employees

Hi,

I'm planning to go to India for a vacation. I have to stamp my visa when i go. Is there any rejection for fulltime direct employees (working direct for employer, Not for a client).

I hear a lot of rejection news in consulate during stamping.

This is my last extension of 6 yrs span.

Please share your views / experience.

As long as your papers are in order you should be fine since you are a direct employee

I was approved but my pal also a full time got RFE
