Do we need to fill DS 156 and DS 157 for H4

Hi,

I am filling the online application for my spouse to come here in H4, my doubt is do we have also to fill DS 156 and DS157 for my wife while filing H4,

There is no more DS-156 & DS-157. It has been a long time since they have been replaced with DS-160.
