Hello Members,
Myself and my spouse have valid visa for next two years and my spouse is outside US (home country). I trasnfered h1 to new employer, its approved and my old employer revoked my H1.
Can my wife enter us with valid visa (Old company's) on passport and show a copy of my approved H1 during port of entry while entering US or she need to go for stamping again with new approved h1b.
Please reply back, did anybody came to US with old employer VISA and shown approved H1b copy at port of entry.
