Hi,

I am on H1B and recently came from US to India from New Delhi. While surrendering I-94 i forgot to give the most latest I-94 which came with my H1B renewal and only gave the expired one which was on passport.

Could you please let me know if there would be any issues during stamping or at POE when i will return back to USA?

There won't be any issues with the visa interview or at the POE. However, when that I-94 expires, there won't be a valid exit entry against it and it would show as if you have overstayed. You have to return that I-94 back to CBP.
