    my company is applying the H1B visa , I am having total 4yrs of exp in india (1 yr 9 months in present company)+(2 yeary and 3 months in other big telecom company)+ 1yr of exp in other small telecoms company( I am not having work exp letter for this company) ,
    the problem is that I am not having proper work exp letter form my 1frst company for period of 1 year,

    I am having work exp of my previous company for the period of 2 year( from oct 2007 to jan 2010),

    please guide me that wether I should show my experience of first company or to not mention that experience as I am not having wiork exp certificate for that ,

    Do US consulate verify all the work experience letters of my previous two comapnyies here in india.

    Please replay urjently.

    Many Thanks
    Mona

    If you cannot get a work experience letter from the 1st employer, then at least try to get a notarized letter from a colleague stating your designation, roles and responsibilities and duration of stay with that employer. That can help. If asked, you can show that and explain to the VO that you are unable to get the experience letter from your 1st employer.

      @Sherwin,
      I worked for a Major IT Company X from India and came to US through them. After 2 years I resigned from company X and joined another Consulting Firm Y. Since I resigned in US the company X is not ready to issue Experience Certificate, but I have all the pay slips from India and US.

      Now I am with company Z and planning to go to India for Stamping. Would there be any issue?

      PLMK.

      Thanks,

        Should not be an issue. Follow what is mentioned in the previous reply. That will be helpful when you apply for GC as well.
