L1 to H1 VISA

I currently have L1 VISA and looking for new H1 sponsorship. While the Home company processing the L1 VISA asked to sign an agreement that I need to work for atleast 6 months in Home Company in home country after I complete the assignment in host country. Would it be a problem if I wish to quit and get on to new company with H1?

These agreements are just civil matter between you and your employer. If you quit the employer when you are in U.S and join the H1B employer, you will not get the experience letter / relieving letter and any final settlement. Other than that, there won't be any other issues.
