Fresh H1B, Got RFE, Responded but wrong Timeline given on USCIS Case Status

My Fresh H1B was applied under Premium Processing. I got RFE to which I have responded and the status of my petition is 'Request for Evidence Response Review '. When I checked the status of my petition it was written

"You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response"

But my case is Premium Processing so the response time should be ideally 15 days. Is this something that I have to talk to my employer or this is standard message. Thanks.

I guess you should not rely on online tracking. Its all mess and merely updated on time... on top of that its standard template which does not understand Premium Processing

Got RFE: 30th September 2011
Responded to RFE: 4th November 2011
Response to RFE Received by USCIS: 7th November 2011
I129 Petition Approved: 14th November 2011

Which office did you apply the petition for? I applied in Vermont..

RFE responded on 3rd nov
RFE received by USCIS on 7th nov

still no updates on it..Waiting.. Mine is also sent to Vermont

Congrats Arjunath. So one hurdle is gone. Now we have to go for Visa Stamping. After seeing so many 221(g) and denials I m little worried. I will be going to New Delhi. What about yours?

H1B in RFE status (Normal Processing)

Hi folks,

I have submitted my H1B petition on 24OCT11
RFE status on 25FEB12
RFE docs sent on 25APR12

My concern is USCIS has not updated the acknowledgement of receipt of my RFE. Does anybody fall in similar case?
