Minimum time for H1B Stamping after H1B Approval

Hi All,

After how many months from H1B Approval it is recommended to go for H1B stamping ?

My H1B started in October 2011 and I am transferring to Vendor this month.

Can I go for stamping after 2 months of H1B transfer or else need to wait for some more time ?

I will be in EC Model ?

Visa is only an entry document to U.S. You need a valid H1B visa only if you want to enter U.S in H1B status. That said, you can get the visa stamped anytime before the petition expires.

H1B Visa Stamping - H1B Approval is Ending on Oct 2015

Hi All,

I am going to india on March 2015, i need to go for H1 stamping, Is there any problem as i have my approved petition till oct 2015.

1.Whats the min months approved validation should there while going for stamping.


Please help me on this.
