dear friends,i am new to this forum. So if this query is not relevant here please guide me.
Here is my story.
I came to us through a reputed indian it company, they made me sign a bond that if i resign in us i will have to pay them $10k. So i resigned in 2010 but didnt pay them anything. Now i want to go back to india for some emergency & also for stamping.
My question is:
1) do you think they would have registered any police complaint against me because i think thousands of people do this?
2) would this have any adverse effect on my h1b stamping? Its been a year since i quit.
Kindly help me if anybody has any idea /experience about this.
