Hi,
I am working in one of top MNC in Chennai with BEP enabled. I got H1b petition (I797) approved with one client say client A. Then I changed to new project with new client which is located in different location in US than the LCA already assigned. Now I filled DS160 with new project/new client/new location information booked for interview on Dec 5 in Chennai. Please advice whether this CLIENT CHANGE\ LOCATION CHANGE would affect my H1B VISA APPROVAL. Please share your opinion.
To Support Location Change:
1. I have got New LCA assigned to new client location.
2. Other docs are same like I1797, I129, etc...
Do I need to get anything else to get the approval? I'm very afraid to appear for interview with this client change... after petition approval. Need to avoid 221 (g)
Please advice.
