Time Gap Between B1 and H1 Travel - US Visa

Hi,

Is there a clause of Cooling Off Period of 60 days between B1 travel and H1 travel.

I am travelling on B1 for 1 month and then I will come back to India and again go back on H1B .
I would like to know if there is some sort of time gap between these 2 travel??
