H4 visa appointment location help

Hi,

I am from Andhra Pradesh, I had scheduled H4 visa appointment in chennai. In the confirmation letter, State of residence is showing as Tamil Nadu. Will It be a problem during the interview in chennai. Is there any rule that people of Andhra pradesh should only apply at hyderabad consulate? Please adivse
