H4 Visa Application

Dear Sir Madam,

My current H1B expires on Jan 31, at this stage can my wife apply for H4 just for remaining 50 days or she has wait till my H1B extension gets approved. I really want to get her at the earliest. It is hard for my company to apply for premium processing. Please advice.
