Hi,
I got my H1 transferred from company A to Company B. I have I-797 Approval Notice for Company B and have a Valid H1B visa stamped when I was in Company A.
Now I am in India on vacation and will be returning soon to US.
I want to know what all documents I need to produce at POE while entering US. As I mentioned I have a valid H1B visa stamped on my passport and I-797 Approval Notice for company B. Do I need to produce any other documentation other than these at POE? If so can you please let me know the documents which I would be needing?
