Sorry if this question was posted earlier, but searching for a while didn't give me the info I was looking for.
My employer filed for the extension of my H-1B and my spouse's H4 and later converted it to premium processing. The application was approved and I received the new I-797 with my I-94 yesterday. There was some issue with the system, so the employer has not sent me any of the supporting documents yet. It should be sent soon.
My question here is, should there be a new I-94 for my spouse also, along with mine? The I-797 I received has only mine. What document should I be getting for my spouse that would show she is allowed to stay in US beyond her current I-94 validity? Would there be anything as part of the supporting documents that I am yet to receive?
Appreciate your help.
